Features:

  • myoclonus
  • rapid involuntary eye movements in all directions (opsoclonus)

But also

  • ataxia
  • marked irritability, sleep disturbance.

Typically in young children, under 3. About half will have neuroblastoma. The rest assumed to be autoimmune.
